In 2016, Anthony Riso and I set out to positively impact this community. We launched Coastal Living Home Health, with a mission to provide exceptional care to our aging community, emphasizing integrity and service of others. Our early efforts took steps toward that goal, however life had other plans and our dear friend, Anthony, was called home.
Community Home Health strives to fulfill that mission; a commitment between friends to better serve this community. We believe that patients are most comfortable at home, and that the care provided in their homes can be improved. Benefiting patients, employees, and community was a passionate motivation of Anthony, and is a core tenet of Community Home Health. Our desire is to serve this community and honor Anthony in the process.
