  • Julie Rubash | RN, BSN, Administrator/CEO

    Julie obtained her Registered Nursing degree at Bakersfield Community College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Julie immediately knew that home health care was her passion. While pursuing her MSN-FNP, the opportunity to start Community Home Health presented itself. In her personal time, Julie enjoys cooking for friends and family, reading, and traveling near and far.

  • Luke Lettinga | DPT, Director of Rehabilitation

    Luke Lettinga earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has been practicing and serving patients for over a decade. His expertise includes chronic pain management, orthopedics, and sports therapy in both clinical and home health settings. Luke also has many years of experience rehabilitating various neurological and cardiopulmonary conditions. He is a former college basketball player, whose personal journey overcoming debilitating injuries ignited his passion for rehabilitation through physical therapy. Luke is originally from Michigan and relocated to the central coast, where he and his wife now call home, in 2017. In his spare time, Luke enjoys hiking, basketball, and surfing and has recently taken up pickleball.
